Welcome to TypeNow ("App", "Service"). By downloading or using this application, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TypeNow, you confirm that:

• You have read and understood these Terms
• You agree to be bound by them
• You are legally permitted to use this App

2. Description of Service

TypeNow provides:

• Custom keyboard functionality for iOS devices
• AI-powered text generation and assistance features
• Optional cloud-based processing for AI features

Important Note: Certain features require an active internet connection. AI-powered features will only function when the keyboard has been granted "Full Access" permission (as required by iOS for network access) and when an internet connection is available.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree that you will not:

• Use the App for any unlawful purposes
• Transmit harmful, abusive, harassing, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disrupt the Service
• Misuse AI features to generate harmful, misleading, or inappropriate content
• Use the App to violate any applicable laws or regulations

You are solely responsible for the content you type, generate, or submit through the App.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Our App uses artificial intelligence to generate text responses. You acknowledge that:

• AI responses are automatically generated by machine learning models
• Content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate
• We do not guarantee the correctness, reliability, or suitability of AI outputs
• AI-generated content should not be relied upon for professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.) without independent verification
• You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated content

5. Privacy and Data Handling

Your use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains:

• What information we collect
• How we use third-party services (Bitmesh AI, Firebase Analytics)
• How we protect your data
• Your privacy rights

Please review the Privacy Policy carefully before using AI features.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The TypeNow app, including but not limited to its design, features, source code, graphics, user interface, and the "TypeNow" brand and logo, is the exclusive property of Shabab H Siddique.

The App is licensed to you, not sold. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the Apple App Store Terms of Service.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works based on the App without our express written permission.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's security or functionality
• Abuse system resources or attempt to overload our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user data
• Use the App to transmit any viruses, malware, or harmful code

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination of your access without notice.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify, update, or enhance features
• Add or remove functionality
• Suspend, interrupt, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part)

We may do this at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modifications, suspensions, or discontinuations.

9. Third-Party Services

Our App integrates with third-party services:

• Bitmesh Chat API – Provides AI text processing capabilities
• Firebase Analytics (Google) – Collects anonymous usage data
• Alamofire – Open-source networking library

We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, or functionality of these third-party services. Your interactions with these services are governed by their respective terms and policies.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

We are not liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities
• Service interruptions or downtime
• AI inaccuracies, errors, or omissions
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App

Use of the App is at your own risk. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid (if any) for using the App.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to:

• Suspend
• Restrict
• Terminate

your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, if you violate these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will:

• Update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Post the new Terms within the App

Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

13. App Store Specific Acknowledgment

You acknowledge that:

• These Terms are between you and Shabab H Siddique, not with Apple Inc.
• Apple is not responsible for the App or its content
• Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the App
• In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any); to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation
• Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App or your possession/use of it
• If a third party claims that the App infringes intellectual property rights, Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, or discharge of such claim
• Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service
